On button click, you will move to the relevant forms.

Client Category
Categorize clients by type of policies.

Client Credit Control
Clients past AR terms.
Client Funded
Client has used funding.

Client EFT
Client AP EFT transactions.

Client Priority
Client requirements basis.
Client Grouping
Where client holds multiple accounts under different entities.

Clients Business Source
Know where your business is coming from.

Client Other
Any other information you would like to state.

Client Notes Field
Enter any narrative detail, move row down to keep latest information on the top row.
Note: Includes Hotkeys Alt D, Alt DT and Alt DTU -time stamps before narrative
and Alt S for Spellchecker,this can help you to locate information at a later stage, or correct data.

Hot Keys
Client Policy Grid Display
Grid displays policy data once it has been completed in Policies.
The above grids have the ability to move the headings on the columns to any position.
You can display data in the order you want displayed, and change position at any point of time.
When you have changed the order, it will remain saved in that order,
until you decide to change it again.
A comment will appear, move headers and then left mouse
click elsewhere on the screen to auto save.
Client Complaints/Activity Tabs (Lower Grid)
View all Client policy related information entered into
Complaints/Activity/Quotes forms.
For complete view, double click on record to move to selected menu.
Clients Search/List
F6 HOTKEY PRESS
List to view/choose Client by name or Client ID.
search criteria (see insert)
Write first few initials of the Name,
or client id in Search value box,
press enter and a Search Results box will display results.
Select desired record by highlighting choice
and either enter or double click to go to that record.
Note: Partial names will bring up records that contain that combination
in either client name,
insured name or business name fields.
Update COA
When creating refunds or returns etc, account balances
will be displayed in
Client on Account section.
To update current view of record, click update button below.
Hints
When moving mouse across screens, the hints bar below will give applicable hints.
Client Modes
When Browsing, Inserting or Editing records, mode will display on top navigation bar.
